Dr Mah’Moud cares about his patients and is professional. He evaluates you thoroughly so that you receive proper treatment. He answers your questions and asks if you have any questions. I have already been recommending him to others that ask or see an improvement in my well being.

Colonoscopies are certainly not the most fun things to do, but necessary. I was pleased with the staff of this practice for the most part. I would give this practice a higher rating if the could have returned my calls mor quickly, but I do understand my questions were not emergencies, but important to me. My only complaint with Wake Forest Endocopic center was no vending machines available to my driver who was also not allowed to leave the building! A simple snack machine or drink machine would have been really helpful. Otherwise their staff was wonderful.

Your scheduling department needs a major overhaul. The communication was terrible. I called numerous times and left numerous messages before they returned my call. I actually got to the appointment and they said that it had been canceled. Thanks to Dr. Mahmoud he was able to work me in and it was a wonderful experience. I liked the prayer before the procedure. I have been here twice and both times have been great! Dr. Sachdeva is a great at what he does and takes the time to go over everything with the procedure very thoroughly. I am glad that he has helped me through the colonoscopy as I had pre cancerous pollups that would have cost me my life had I not gone in when I did! Thank you Dr. Sachdeva for all you did for me! I highly recommend him and all the wonderful staff at Wake Endoscopy Center for a life saving colonoscopy....it's not that bad and could save your life too!

Dr Lange is an amazing , caring physician. However, his support staff is abysmal. Medical records never answers the telephone, either from patients or other medical facilities. UNC and the University of Minnesota both tried to retrieve records, but neither were requests received responses. Dr Lange’s office staff in Raleigh, need much staff training. Both in responsiveness and courtesy. The receptionist is curt to the point of being impolite. The nursing staff in the back operating area were very nice, professional and treated me with kindness and respect. I have heard this repeatedly about this practice, but with Dr Lange being so kind and professional, and keeping my best interests at heart, I would certainly recommend him!

I always have bad gas pain with this procedure that last 3 to 4 days. When I was awakened by the nurses, I immediately started with sever gas pain. The nurses had me walk, bounded on my back and used a tube to get the gas to move and escape my body. I was also given some gas release drops in juice to drink. They were all exceptionally helpful and did everything they could for me. When I was home I was able to sleep. When I awoke the pain was starting to subside. I have never been able to sit up on the first day. I still had gas pain but it was less. I attribute that to all that the nurses did for me. This morning I have been able to pass gas!! I also have done slot of belching. Thank you so much for all you and the Dr. have done. One bad day is much better than Three!

My first visit with FNP Taylor Moody was just a visit and I do not want to see her again. She is definitely not very welcoming and I just didn’t feel comfortable with her at all. She definitely has no empathy for people who have high anxiety like myself. Making fun of my high anxiety to her staff saying that I am freaking out is very hurtful. On the other hand I do want too give a huge compliment to NURSE TERRELL who came in too schedule my appointment and she was absolutely phenomenal, so kind, so caring, so empathetic to how scared I was feeling having too schedule my first endoscopy and colonoscopy. She even made me laugh and I left feeling so much better because of her. So thank you Nurse Terrell for all that you do and especially your kindness and non judgmental support to me.

Solid 5 from the time I walked in the door and until I left. Very personable service, super professional but approachable doctor, and they talked you through every step before they did anything. Would 100% recommend. 4 stars because the booking experience and prior communication was basically non-exisitent (pretty sure it is an outsourced service). As long as you do your own homework prior to, you'll have a great experience once you arrive.

I find that the staff that works here is very helpful and concerned with my problem. Taylor Moody was aware of my digestion problem and told me to restart the medication I had used when it first turned up. I thought I was finished and had stopped using it. Taught me a lesson about checking with a doctor instead of my opinion, 2 years of stomach problems that was unnecessary to go through. Very nice visit all around. I was trying to get directions and both people I spoke with drove me nuts wanting to tell me where Ingleside pl was but I couldn’t get the them to understand I was driving and couldn’t write it down and they had no way to text it ir email it to me finally I called them back and wrote it down while at a red light. You sent me a confirmation text i couldn’t understand why you couldn’t send me a text anyway I finally found it I would like to suggest sending directions with the confirmation message. Otherwise my experience with Taylor Moody the nurse and receptionist was a very good experience!

Taylor Moody FNP is the polar opposite of my last gastroenterologist (in another practice). I won't name names, but he was the worst, and she is the best! She listened well, she offered down to earth advice & information, and I felt confident that she could meet whatever needs I might have concerning my GI issues. Thanks, Dr. Moody, glad to have your ear for my "complaints" & your care for my health.

I recently had my colonoscopy with Dr. Nieves at Clayton Endoscopy. The staff, from the front office to recovery, were polite, professional and friendly. She let me know that there were several alternatives we could try if the first medicine didn't work. She made a very uncomfortable meeting comfortable for me.

Dr. Allen literally saved my life! I had a colonoscopy scheduled with him and he received a report from a recent visit to the ER and he called me and left a message with his cell number. First of all, what doctor gives you their personal cell? Anyway, I called him back and we chatted quite a bit. He told me that if I was still unwell by a certain date to call him and he would order a cdiff test. Unfortuantely I was unwell and had to call him and get the test done. Test results came back negative and I was overall feeling fine. The next day I took a major turn for the worse. My blood pressure had dropped dangerously low and I was weak and feeling bad. This was a Sunday...I texted him and he texted right back and told me to get to the ER ASAP. I did, I was admitted for 4 days. He honestly saved my life and I am so grateful for him. We have communicated on and off since then (10/2024) via text. I cannot say enought good things about him. He is truly an amazing Doctor. He CARES and he LISTENS to you. Thank you Dr. Allen :)

At check in they were requesting $250 but our insurance company told us there should be no fee. The check-in employee said he would bill our insurance and if they wouldn’t pay then we would get billed. We are not sure what the discrepancy is at this time. They took me to the “waiting” area where I get undressed and put a gown on and waited on the hospital bed. The nurse said they were running about an hour late. I had all my prescription info written on paper and it was on my phone but left it in the original waiting room where my wife was so I had to guess at my prescriptions to a certain extent. The nurse taking my information was nice but she’s up close to her computer-monitor and my head was further away from her making some of her questions hard to hear. She was on the side of me, not face to face that is easier to communicate. Plus she has a mask on and I know that’s essential. My thought is they should do this face to face before I am in undressed and in a gown laying on a hospital bead under-covers. After about 45 minutes the anesthesiologist brought me to the procedure room and again, she was a nice person and friendly. She had told me she was the one to anesthetize me. After a short while as she started to prep me another anesthesiologist came in and now it was decided this one that just came in was to anesthetize me. They had some small talk (friendly) amongst themselves and the original anesthesiologist left without saying anything else to me. (She did tell me earlier that this other one was taking over) A few minutes after that, someone came in and had a discussion with this “new” anesthesiologist that boarded on a disagreement just short of an argument. I thought it was odd in front of a patient to behave like that. That only lasted a few minutes and after that all seemed very normal. The doctor had great bedside manners. Over all good but maybe a few things you can’t do better in the future. Of course the most important thing is the knowledge and experience of the doctor and that seemed to be perfect.

Great Doctor

As a long time EOE sufferer, I just recently went in for approx my 10th endoscopy in about a few years after it was due. Quite frankly the last endoscopy, with a different group, was not a good experience and left me feeling hopeless. The previous times weren’t solely due to the pain that I enduring but mostly because of my diagnosis at the time wasn’t widely understood and therefore making me feel quite alone. However, due to Dr. Lange’s specialization, knowledge and experienced caring team, there is hope. They made me and my family feel so comfortable before and after the surgery. that feel in good hands.

Dr. Mahmoud is very knowledgeable and explains things very well. He is patient and has a good sense of humor.

Dr Mahmoud is a Top Gun Doctor and I would recommend him to everyone

Excellent doctor. Last year had colonoscopy that ended up with a tremendous amount of gas. With Dr. Yang his technique resulted in almost no gas. Wow what a difference. Great bedside manner with his sense of humor.

I highly recommend Dr. Schwarz. He performed my colonoscopy yesterday. Prior to the procedure he met with me to gather information and provided information.
