Dr. Vadlamudi is an exceptional surgeon and a compassionate physician. Right from friendly greetings to explaining in plain English what and why he was going to do put me at ease and erased any pre-op anxiety. Post-op, he explained the findings and future path for my better health. His whole team was considerate, friendly yet thoroughly professional.

Getting a colonoscopies never a fun thing to do, but they do everything they can to make you comfortable and go through the process as easy and painless as possible.

This was my first experience with Dr Vadlamudi. He was very nice and answered all my questions. Been going to this practice for a long time and highly recommend them.

From check-in to being in a room to seeing a nurse to seeing the PA-C was very easy. My appointment was at 1:30 p.m. and I was seen on time. Joshua Lorbacher, PA-C explained my bloodwork and CT results in great detail. He made sure I understood everything. In addition, Joshua Lorbacher, PA-C validated my concerns and put a plan of care in place that addressed all my concerns.

Dr. Mahmoud is a compassionate, very knowledgeable doctor in the field. He shared his scientific knowledge and explained in detail the necessary medical procedures. He is a man of faith, and he prayed with me in the pre-op room. Very blessed & thankful to be under his medical care.

Excellent support staff. From check in to final results it was efficient while also being pleasant. Lots of smiling and supportive faces.

I had to wait longer than expected but my Dr. was very kind and answered all my questions and was very patient.

Very kind and patient-focused staff that made me comfortable. My procedure was performed at the scheduled time. Dr. Nieves answered all my questions before and after in a relaxed manner and did not make me feel rushed or embarrassed. A much better experience than my first colonoscopy from prep to recovery!

I had a great experience with everyone involved from the time I arrived and through the entire procedure. The only issue is that I never received any prep instructions and had to look it up online. An email, letter or have it on my portal would be helpful

Dr Schwarz performed an Endoscopy on me. He was caring asking me questions about my symptoms and his team was very knowledgeable, and kind in preparing me for my procedure, making sure I was comfortable. I got in there and out in a reasonable amount of time. Waiting to be called back for the procedure was long, which is to be expected since some patients issues could be worse than others. Taking a good book to read would be a good idea.

Dr. Reddy is very thorough and extremely respectful. I felt comfortable with her for my procedures. My scope went very well. Her staff is nice also.

He is the most most kind and gentle doctor. I have met in a long time. He goes way Beyond to make his patience, comfortable and talk to them like they’re a person not say and just run he stays there and talk to you if you have any questions he says for you to Ask those questions! I recommend him to anybody that is in need of his services. I love him.

From the minute, I met Dr. Farrah Hussein , For my consultation office visit, my experience was wonderful. I’ve been in the medical field for 38 years and I must say I was very impressed. Not only during my office visit, but when I went back for my procedure, the doctor came in and spoke to me. Her nurses , And the anesthesiologist were very professional, kind patient caring. I felt very comfortable and felt like they really cared. From the minute, I walked in to the minute I was discharged. I’m surprised I didn’t get a cool the day. I got home from the procedure but all in all they were fabulous and I am feeling well. I highly recommended this place to my son already, And to three of my friends. They will be seeing her soon.

Excellent experience starting with Receptionist check-in who was very personable & making you feel at ease setting the tone for the rest of the visit. The 2 nurses getting me processed & ready for my colonoscopy in the curtained preparation/holding area were likewise very personable, helpful, explaining the process & answering all of my questions. Dr. Schwarz also came in the preparation/holding area giving me the chance to ask him more questions which he answered as well as addressing some anesthesia concerns that I had by customizing the anesthesia process to address my concerns. The anesthetist also came in to discuss my anesthesia concerns as well, confirming what I had discussed with Dr. Schwarz. My colonoscopy was completed without any issues & the nurses did an excellent job during my quick recovery & provided discharge instructions to my wife, answering any questions she had. Shortly before leaving, Dr. Schwarz visited me to answer any questions I had about my colonoscopy, results & followup recommendations with all questions answered. I was completely satisfied with the entire experience.

Unfortunately, the preparation I did did not clean me out sufficiently, so my colonoscopy has been rescheduled for September 11. Everyone who attended to me while there was very nice & helpful.

Dr Mah’Moud cares about his patients and is professional. He evaluates you thoroughly so that you receive proper treatment. He answers your questions and asks if you have any questions. I have already been recommending him to others that ask or see an improvement in my well being.

Colonoscopies are certainly not the most fun things to do, but necessary. I was pleased with the staff of this practice for the most part. I would give this practice a higher rating if the could have returned my calls mor quickly, but I do understand my questions were not emergencies, but important to me. My only complaint with Wake Forest Endocopic center was no vending machines available to my driver who was also not allowed to leave the building! A simple snack machine or drink machine would have been really helpful. Otherwise their staff was wonderful.

Your scheduling department needs a major overhaul. The communication was terrible. I called numerous times and left numerous messages before they returned my call. I have been here twice and both times have been great! Dr. Sachdeva is a great at what he does and takes the time to go over everything with the procedure very thoroughly. I am glad that he has helped me through the colonoscopy as I had pre cancerous pollups that would have cost me my life had I not gone in when I did! Thank you Dr. Sachdeva for all you did for me! I highly recommend him and all the wonderful staff at Wake Endoscopy Center for a life saving colonoscopy....it's not that bad and could save your life too!

Very friendly , informative

Dr Lange is an amazing , caring physician. However, his support staff is abysmal. Medical records never answers the telephone, either from patients or other medical facilities. UNC and the University of Minnesota both tried to retrieve records, but neither were requests received responses. Dr Lange’s office staff in Raleigh, need much staff training. Both in responsiveness and courtesy. The receptionist is curt to the point of being impolite. The nursing staff in the back operating area were very nice, professional and treated me with kindness and respect. I have heard this repeatedly about this practice, but with Dr Lange being so kind and professional, and keeping my best interests at heart, I would certainly recommend him!

I always have bad gas pain with this procedure that last 3 to 4 days. When I was awakened by the nurses, I immediately started with sever gas pain. The nurses had me walk, bounded on my back and used a tube to get the gas to move and escape my body. I was also given some gas release drops in juice to drink. They were all exceptionally helpful and did everything they could for me. When I was home I was able to sleep. When I awoke the pain was starting to subside. I have never been able to sit up on the first day. I still had gas pain but it was less. I attribute that to all that the nurses did for me. This morning I have been able to pass gas!! I also have done slot of belching. Thank you so much for all you and the Dr. have done. One bad day is much better than Three!

My first visit with FNP Taylor Moody was just a visit and I do not want to see her again. She is definitely not very welcoming and I just didn’t feel comfortable with her at all. She definitely has no empathy for people who have high anxiety like myself. Making fun of my high anxiety to her staff saying that I am freaking out is very hurtful. On the other hand I do want too give a huge compliment to NURSE TERRELL who came in too schedule my appointment and she was absolutely phenomenal, so kind, so caring, so empathetic to how scared I was feeling having too schedule my first endoscopy and colonoscopy. She even made me laugh and I left feeling so much better because of her. So thank you Nurse Terrell for all that you do and especially your kindness and non judgmental support to me.

Solid 5 from the time I walked in the door and until I left. Very personable service, super professional but approachable doctor, and they talked you through every step before they did anything. Would 100% recommend. 4 stars because the booking experience and prior communication was basically non-exisitent (pretty sure it is an outsourced service). As long as you do your own homework prior to, you'll have a great experience once you arrive.

Taylor Moody was aware of my digestion problem and told me to restart the medication I had used when it first turned up. I thought I was finished and had stopped using it. Taught me a lesson about checking with a doctor instead of my opinion, 2 years of stomach problems that was unnecessary to go through. Very nice visit all around. I was trying to get directions and both people I spoke with drove me nuts wanting to tell me where Ingleside pl was but I couldn’t get the them to understand I was driving and couldn’t write it down and they had no way to text it ir email it to me finally I called them back and wrote it down while at a red light. You sent me a confirmation text i couldn’t understand why you couldn’t send me a text anyway I finally found it I would like to suggest sending directions with the confirmation message. Otherwise my experience with Taylor Moody the nurse and receptionist was a very good experience!

Dr. Allen literally saved my life! I had a colonoscopy scheduled with him and he received a report from a recent visit to the ER and he called me and left a message with his cell number. First of all, what doctor gives you their personal cell? Anyway, I called him back and we chatted quite a bit. He told me that if I was still unwell by a certain date to call him and he would order a cdiff test. Unfortuantely I was unwell and had to call him and get the test done. Test results came back negative and I was overall feeling fine. The next day I took a major turn for the worse. My blood pressure had dropped dangerously low and I was weak and feeling bad. This was a Sunday...I texted him and he texted right back and told me to get to the ER ASAP. I did, I was admitted for 4 days. He honestly saved my life and I am so grateful for him. We have communicated on and off since then (10/2024) via text. I cannot say enought good things about him. He is truly an amazing Doctor. He CARES and he LISTENS to you. Thank you Dr. Allen :)
