Dr. Sachdeva is an excellent and caring doctor. I had an office visit with him a few years after a colonoscopy with a different G.I. practice. He was sincerely concerned about my specific situation and questions. He took extra time with me when he learned I could pull up a genetic counseling letter from my brother’s cancer a few prior. Because of his careful listening, Dr. Sachdeva changed the plans for my office visit (using more of his and his staff’s time) which resulted in my own clearer understanding of my needs for that time and put me at ease to wait 1.5 years until the five-year mark for my next colonoscopy. On June 18, I had my colonoscopy with him. Also, I was eager and happy to schedule my husband‘s colonoscopy with Dr. Sachdeva. We could not be more pleased with his bedside manner and competency as a doctor. I am glad I took the time to read reviews and the resounding praise for Dr S has proven true by our experiences. I am truly thankful to be cared for by Dr Sachdeva!

Very professional and well-run group. Everything went smoothly, and everyone i spoke with throughout the process was pleasant and professional. I particularly like the fact that phone calls are returned very promptly and handled so well.

A colonoscopy can seem like a daunting procedure but it really is an important part of preventative practices for good health. Dr Sanjay Jagannath and the team at Wake Endoscopy in Clayton make it a very easy process to complete. I was impressed with the professionalism, excellent bedside manner and care that I received from everyone in this office.

Perfect experience! On time, professional team and Dr Hussain has great skills and a wonderful bedside manner.

Dr Mahmoud is GREAT, and he wasn't the problem. My Yelp review: I had the WORST experience of my life at this physician's office yesterday in Wilson, NC! I had a colonoscopy scheduled for that morning. I had received a text message that morning, stating I needed to pay $400. I called the main office in Raleigh and was advised by two employees that I did NOT need to pay that money and to go on in and get the procedure done. Now everyone knows what goes into getting a colonoscopy! No eating for 2 days. That godawful drink. But I DID IT! Imagine my surprise when I get there and those rude nurses (more like CNAs) acted like freaking gatekeepers and REFUSED me service because THEY couldn't reach anyone in Raleigh and I need to pay that money in order to be seen. They continuously stated "ever since this merger they don't tell us ANYTHING, so we're going to have to call someone before you can come back." We constantly asked if we could be billed and they refuse to even answer us. Needless to say, since they couldn't reach the Raleigh office this patient who'd gone through DAYS of hunger doing this prep, that I wouldn't be seen because they couldn't reach anyone. When the doctor called me later on that afternoon and asked me, what happened? I'm sure they'd already lied to him. So to recap, I went through hell doing that prep. We both took off work. We had to drive to and from Wilson. And we were treated like crap the entire time.

Procedure was smooth & doctor & all assistants pleasant & engaged. I had a question about when to take the prescribed laxative & nausea medication, bottles just sad take as directed but no direction were given. Called office 3x & left messages but got no response. Had to look on computer for instructions which I did find.
