The only problem that I had was the preparation before the procedure. The procedure was easy with no after effects. I would not do this procedure if it was not for Dr. Allen. At my age, I do not plan on doing this again, but if I had to, I would want Dr. Allen.

The office staff (Ms. Rita) and the nursing staff (Shaniqua and my male nurse anesthetist? I cannot remember his name, maybe Tracy/Stacy) were very helpful considering this my first time. Dr. Lange and the staff at this location were forthcoming about what to expect and provided all of the information that I needed to feel prepared.

Dr. Mahmoud is very thorough and is very patient with you. He takes the time to answer all your questions and concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone with gastrointestinal problems or concerns.

Dr. Nieves and her team were wonderful. The prep was better than what I have experienced in the past. Perhaps the Rx for an anti-nausea medication helped. Dr, Nieves was professional, patient and did not rush through the consultation. Dr. Nieves’ scheduler was will informed and very helpful. I appreciated Karen, the nurse who was with me most of the way and Janelle, the nurse anesthetist, and the kindness and care they extended. It seems that the whole team is focused on patient care. My bag fell off the bed and one of the other nurses heard and rushed in and collected all my stuff. She could have left me to deal with it but she didn’t. The experience, which I was dreading, was much better than I had expected.

Dr. Sachdeva is an excellent and caring doctor. I had an office visit with him a few years after a colonoscopy with a different G.I. practice. He was sincerely concerned about my specific situation and questions. He took extra time with me when he learned I could pull up a genetic counseling letter from my brother’s cancer a few prior. Because of his careful listening, Dr. Sachdeva changed the plans for my office visit (using more of his and his staff’s time) which resulted in my own clearer understanding of my needs for that time and put me at ease to wait 1.5 years until the five-year mark for my next colonoscopy. On June 18, I had my colonoscopy with him. Also, I was eager and happy to schedule my husband‘s colonoscopy with Dr. Sachdeva. We could not be more pleased with his bedside manner and competency as a doctor. I am glad I took the time to read reviews and the resounding praise for Dr S has proven true by our experiences. I am truly thankful to be cared for by Dr Sachdeva!

A colonoscopy can seem like a daunting procedure but it really is an important part of preventative practices for good health. Dr Sanjay Jagannath and the team at Wake Endoscopy in Clayton make it a very easy process to complete. I was impressed with the professionalism, excellent bedside manner and care that I received from everyone in this office.

Dr Mahmoud is GREAT, and he wasn't the problem. My Yelp review: I had the WORST experience of my life at this physician's office yesterday in Wilson, NC! I had a colonoscopy scheduled for that morning. I had received a text message that morning, stating I needed to pay $400. I called the main office in Raleigh and was advised by two employees that I did NOT need to pay that money and to go on in and get the procedure done. Now everyone knows what goes into getting a colonoscopy! No eating for 2 days. That godawful drink. But I DID IT! Imagine my surprise when I get there and those rude nurses (more like CNAs) acted like freaking gatekeepers and REFUSED me service because THEY couldn't reach anyone in Raleigh and I need to pay that money in order to be seen. They continuously stated "ever since this merger they don't tell us ANYTHING, so we're going to have to call someone before you can come back." We constantly asked if we could be billed and they refuse to even answer us. Needless to say, since they couldn't reach the Raleigh office this patient who'd gone through DAYS of hunger doing this prep, that I wouldn't be seen because they couldn't reach anyone. When the doctor called me later on that afternoon and asked me, what happened? I'm sure they'd already lied to him. So to recap, I went through hell doing that prep. We both took off work. We had to drive to and from Wilson. And we were treated like crap the entire time.

Procedure was smooth & doctor & all assistants pleasant & engaged. I had a question about when to take the prescribed laxative & nausea medication, bottles just sad take as directed but no direction were given. Called office 3x & left messages but got no response. Had to look on computer for instructions which I did find.

Dr. Reddy was excellent and very professional. We discussed the procedure and addressed my questions. The next thing that I knew, I was awake in the recovery room and was told the results. I have a ‘take home’ of the results with photos and a sheet of fiber-rich foods. I will ask for her again in 10 years!

Getting a colonoscopies never a fun thing to do, but they do everything they can to make you comfortable and go through the process as easy and painless as possible.

This was my first experience with Dr Vadlamudi. He was very nice and answered all my questions. Been going to this practice for a long time and highly recommend them.

From check-in to being in a room to seeing a nurse to seeing the PA-C was very easy. My appointment was at 1:30 p.m. and I was seen on time. Joshua Lorbacher, PA-C explained my bloodwork and CT results in great detail. He made sure I understood everything. In addition, Joshua Lorbacher, PA-C validated my concerns and put a plan of care in place that addressed all my concerns.

Dr. Mahmoud is a compassionate, very knowledgeable doctor in the field. He shared his scientific knowledge and explained in detail the necessary medical procedures. He is a man of faith, and he prayed with me in the pre-op room. Very blessed & thankful to be under his medical care.

Dr Schwarz performed an Endoscopy on me. He was caring asking me questions about my symptoms and his team was very knowledgeable, and kind in preparing me for my procedure, making sure I was comfortable. I got in there and out in a reasonable amount of time. Waiting to be called back for the procedure was long, which is to be expected since some patients issues could be worse than others. Taking a good book to read would be a good idea.

Dr. Reddy is very thorough and extremely respectful. I felt comfortable with her for my procedures. My scope went very well. Her staff is nice also.

Not only during my office visit, but when I went back for my procedure, the doctor came in and spoke to me. Her nurses , And the anesthesiologist were very professional, kind patient caring. I felt very comfortable and felt like they really cared. From the minute, I walked in to the minute I was discharged. I’m surprised I didn’t get a cool the day. The entire process from start to finish with Dr. Sachdeva's office was seamless. Dr. Sachdeva was very professional and detailed in explaining with his findings of the Colonoscopy procedure. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor!

Excellent experience starting with Receptionist check-in who was very personable & making you feel at ease setting the tone for the rest of the visit. The 2 nurses getting me processed & ready for my colonoscopy in the curtained preparation/holding area were likewise very personable, helpful, explaining the process & answering all of my questions. Dr. Schwarz also came in the preparation/holding area giving me the chance to ask him more questions which he answered as well as addressing some anesthesia concerns that I had by customizing the anesthesia process to address my concerns. The anesthetist also came in to discuss my anesthesia concerns as well, confirming what I had discussed with Dr. Schwarz. My colonoscopy was completed without any issues & the nurses did an excellent job during my quick recovery & provided discharge instructions to my wife, answering any questions she had. Shortly before leaving, Dr. Schwarz visited me to answer any questions I had about my colonoscopy, results & followup recommendations with all questions answered. I was completely satisfied with the entire experience.

Colonoscopies are certainly not the most fun things to do, but necessary. I was pleased with the staff of this practice for the most part. I would give this practice a higher rating if the could have returned my calls mor quickly, but I do understand my questions were not emergencies, but important to me. My only complaint with Wake Forest Endocopic center was no vending machines available to my driver who was also not allowed to leave the building! A simple snack machine or drink machine would have been really helpful. Otherwise their staff was wonderful.

Your scheduling department needs a major overhaul. The communication was terrible. I called numerous times and left numerous messages before they returned my call. I have been here twice and both times have been great! Dr. Sachdeva is a great at what he does and takes the time to go over everything with the procedure very thoroughly. I am glad that he has helped me through the colonoscopy as I had pre cancerous pollups that would have cost me my life had I not gone in when I did! Thank you Dr. Sachdeva for all you did for me! I highly recommend him and all the wonderful staff at Wake Endoscopy Center for a life saving colonoscopy....it's not that bad and could save your life too!

Dr Lange is an amazing , caring physician. However, his support staff is abysmal. Medical records never answers the telephone, either from patients or other medical facilities. UNC and the University of Minnesota both tried to retrieve records, but neither were requests received responses. Dr Lange’s office staff in Raleigh, need much staff training. Both in responsiveness and courtesy. The receptionist is curt to the point of being impolite. The nursing staff in the back operating area were very nice, professional and treated me with kindness and respect. I have heard this repeatedly about this practice, but with Dr Lange being so kind and professional, and keeping my best interests at heart, I would certainly recommend him!

I always have bad gas pain with this procedure that last 3 to 4 days. When I was awakened by the nurses, I immediately started with sever gas pain. The nurses had me walk, bounded on my back and used a tube to get the gas to move and escape my body. I was also given some gas release drops in juice to drink. They were all exceptionally helpful and did everything they could for me. When I was home I was able to sleep. When I awoke the pain was starting to subside. I have never been able to sit up on the first day. I still had gas pain but it was less. I attribute that to all that the nurses did for me. This morning I have been able to pass gas!! I also have done slot of belching. Thank you so much for all you and the Dr. have done. One bad day is much better than Three!

My first visit with FNP Taylor Moody was just a visit and I do not want to see her again. She is definitely not very welcoming and I just didn’t feel comfortable with her at all. She definitely has no empathy for people who have high anxiety like myself. Making fun of my high anxiety to her staff saying that I am freaking out is very hurtful. On the other hand I do want too give a huge compliment to NURSE TERRELL who came in too schedule my appointment and she was absolutely phenomenal, so kind, so caring, so empathetic to how scared I was feeling having too schedule my first endoscopy and colonoscopy. She even made me laugh and I left feeling so much better because of her. So thank you Nurse Terrell for all that you do and especially your kindness and non judgmental support to me.

Solid 5 from the time I walked in the door and until I left. Very personable service, super professional but approachable doctor, and they talked you through every step before they did anything. Would 100% recommend. 4 stars because the booking experience and prior communication was basically non-exisitent (pretty sure it is an outsourced service). As long as you do your own homework prior to, you'll have a great experience once you arrive.

I find that the staff that works here is very helpful and concerned with my problem. Taylor Moody was aware of my digestion problem and told me to restart the medication I had used when it first turned up. I thought I was finished and had stopped using it. Taught me a lesson about checking with a doctor instead of my opinion, 2 years of stomach problems that was unnecessary to go through. Very nice visit all around.
